$100,000 Challenge Grant Opportunity
Christian Health Foundation celebrates 25 years of philanthropy in 2024. Throughout its history, the Foundation has played a pivotal role in providing financial, volunteer, and prayer support for maintaining and expanding the ministry of Christian Health. In so doing, we have broadened the community’s knowledge and awareness of the many services that fulfill our mission and vision.
In celebration of Christian Health Foundation’s 25th anniversary, we have received a $100,000 lead challenge grant gift from an anonymous donor to launch a campaign to reimagine and redesign Heritage Manor East. If the Christian Health Foundation raises $100,000 or more by the end of 2024, this donor will provide a matching $100,000 gift. Will you help us to reach this goal?
Christian Health remains a critical healthcare provider and our leaders are consistently planning to meet the future needs of the communities we serve. This includes capital enhancements to ensure our communities for older adults remain warm and welcoming and provide state-of-the-art spaces for continued best-in-class care and services. We are engaged in a comprehensive assessment to reimagine how skilled nursing care is delivered within Heritage Manor East. Care for our residents will always be person- and family-centered and in settings that create a homelike environment. We are developing plans to launch a multimillion-dollar capital project to completely redesign and reengineer our Heritage Manor East residence – how it looks and how it feels. And our dedicated and compassionate team is ready to serve to maximize our vision to be the hands of Christ.
Successfully meeting the terms of this challenge grant will provide a critical starting point for the launch of this campaign as we plan to create a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art, beautifully renovated residence for those in our care and their families. The transformation of Heritage Manor East will affect so many lives, greatly enhancing our delivery of person- and family-centered care in a home-like environment. With this challenge grant, every gift gets us that much closer to meeting its goal!
