Meet Patrick Duffy, The Vista’s new Executive Director!

Patrick W. Duffy has joined The Vista as Executive Director. He brings extensive experience through previous leadership roles in senior-life communities in New Jersey. His commitment to service excellence will enhance the quality of life for all Vista residents.

“I am so excited to join The Vista team. They have already made me feel like a part of the family,” Mr. Duffy says. “It’s a very exciting time for everyone, as we anxiously await the official opening of The Vista and welcome our first residents. I’m truly looking forward to assembling the entire Vista team and working side-by-side with them to make The Vista the premier Continuing Care Retirement Community in North Jersey for the residents whom we will have the honor and privilege to serve.”

Mr. Duffy holds a bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange. He enjoys biking, hiking, kayaking, and attending live musical performances. Currently, he is learning to play the guitar. Mr. Duffy and his wife Eileen have been married for 33 years. The couple has one son, Patrick, and identical twin daughters, Shannon and Amanda.
