Doctors’ Day 2019

March 30, 2019, is Doctors’ Day. This annual observance honors physicians’ work with their patients and in their communities, and for us at Christian Health (CHCC), it is a day to acknowledge all CHCC physicians who care for our patients, residents, clients, and consumers each and every day.

Physicians have been integral not only to the care provided at CHCC, but also its growth and leadership, from its humble farmhouse beginnings over a century ago to the vast medical team that serves throughout our senior-life, mental-health, and short-term rehab services today. CHCC’s Medical Staff has grown substantially over the years, with more than 70 physicians specializing in psychiatry, internal medicine, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology, family practice, hospice and palliative medicine, infectious disease, neurology, ophthalmology, orthopedic surgery, otolaryngology, radiology, and rheumatology.

What unites our diverse Medical Staff is the unfaltering commitment to CHCC’s mission and values. Throughout the thousands of hours of physician care provided each year at CHCC, our physicians’ commitment to person- and family-centered care remains at the helm of care delivery.
