Christian Health offers supportive, specialized care for people with cognitive difficulties, such as Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, in three communities on our Wyckoff/Hawthorne campus: Courtyard at Longview, Heritage Manor, and Southgate Special Care.
Nestled within Longview, Courtyard at Longview is a specialized residence designed to meet the needs of those with early stages of dementia and memory loss. Loss of memory shouldn’t mean a loss of dignity, activity, or independence. Geared toward fostering ability and independence, the Courtyard design considers safety, comfort, dietary needs, and mobility. Special programs and facilities help reduce dementia-related anxiety and enhance memory.

Heritage Manor provides specialized care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. This community offers loving, compassionate, skilled-nursing care and memory support to meet the needs of those no longer able to care for themselves. Heritage Manor team members seek not only to meet physical needs, but also to acknowledge and enhance each individual’s spiritual and emotional well-being.
At Christian Health, we believe in the value of every individual, and our community was born of a desire to improve the quality of care for people who faced cognitive challenges. Through Southgate, a special-care skilled nursing center, we have expanded upon that desire, offering behavior management care for adults who have behavioral disturbances associated with dementia and other illnesses.
