Mental health issues can be difficult to identify and even harder to cope with. Depression, anxiety, and behavioral changes are not something that you have to endure alone. Our team of compassionate and highly trained health care providers and therapists can help.

The Christian Health Home-Based Counseling program is also available for isolated, homebound older adults in Bergen County. Christian Health Home-Based Counseling is only for Bergen County seniors, provided at no cost to recipients, and is funded through DSS.
